Assess
Understand the student's current level, strengths and the areas requiring improvement — including how confident they feel.
Plan
Create an appropriate learning plan based on their needs, year group, school curriculum and goals.
Teach
Deliver engaging lessons designed to develop genuine understanding, not memorised procedures.
Achieve
Track progress, address remaining gaps and help the student reach the goals we agreed at the start.
Review
Regularly review progress with parents and adjust the learning approach wherever it is needed.
