Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or assessment request we collect: parent or carer name, email address, telephone number, the student's first name and year group, subject and tuition preferences, your reason for enquiring, preferred days and times, and any additional information you choose to share.
Our forms are designed for parents and carers. We do not ask children to submit personal information directly, and we ask that you do not include sensitive information (such as medical or safeguarding detail) in a web form — please discuss this with us directly.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver tuition, keep you informed about your child's progress, and manage our service. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry information on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the consent box) and, once tuition begins, on the basis of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where tuition proceeds, for the duration of the service plus any period required by law. [Editable placeholder — add your specific retention periods.]
Sharing
Your information is shared only with the Learning in Time team members who need it, and with service providers who help us operate (for example email or scheduling providers). [Editable placeholder — list current processors once confirmed.]
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact contact@learningintime.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure and limit access to those who need it.
