About these terms

Bookings and assessments
Tuition normally begins with a free trial. Places, particularly in small groups, are limited to a maximum of 6 students per teacher and are allocated in the order bookings are confirmed.
Fees and payment

Our responsibilities
We will provide tuition by fully qualified, DBS checked teachers, keep group sizes to a maximum of 6 students per teacher, and communicate honestly with parents about progress. We do not guarantee specific grades or examination outcomes.
Your responsibilities
Parents and carers agree to provide accurate information, ensure the student attends punctually and prepared, and inform us of anything that affects the student's learning or wellbeing.
Behaviour and safeguarding
